With a number of our team having come from the SIL and SDA providers, we understand the needs for participants to find the right home and supports, and especially the funding to achieve your SIL, SDA and ILO goals.
Experience in complex support needs
Our team have extensive experience supporting people with complex support needs. Having worked across state and federal government, including in partnership with the NDIA, supporting those with complex needs and in complex situations, we understand system navigation and how to achieve outcomes for those facing complexity.
Working in partnership with service providers and the broader service sector to achieve the best outcomes
Great Foundations are collaborative in their approach to work with others to achieve the best outcome for participants we support.
This collaboration may be with Allied Health supports and Service Providers, or even more complex working with the NDIA, Health, Justice and the Out of Home Care system.
Great Foundations are experienced in disability and mainstream supports, with our team coming from NSW Health, DCJ, NDIA, and various disability service providers across NSW in a variety of senior roles.
